Concurrent Enrollment Information

The "College At The Creek" program brings professors from the University of Central Oklahoma to teach classes on the Deer Creek campus each semester.   Any junior or senior who meets the college's admission requirements is welcome to enroll.   College coursework simultaneously counts for both high school and college credits.  While the course offerings vary each semester, general elective courses that will be accepted for most college degrees are generally the only courses held on our campus.  The course offerings generally include English Composition I, English Composition II, U.S. Government, Financial Literacy, Intro to Speech Communication, Sociology, General Psychology, College Algebra, and History of U. S. Since 1877.  Currently, the state of Oklahoma, offers free tuition for seniors who take college courses.  However, books and fees are the responsibility of the student.  Juniors are required to pay for all tuition, books, and fees.

For more information about concurrent enrollment, see your high school counselor.  Also, be sure to attend an informational meeting held each year during high school enrollment.
